Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We offer 2-day delivery on the majority of our products. Delivery times may vary for bespoke or made-to-order items — lead times will be confirmed at the point of order.
How are heavy or bulky orders delivered?
Bollards, guardrails, and other heavy steel products are delivered on a pallet via a specialist freight carrier. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only — the driver will bring the goods to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address. Please ensure there is suitable access and equipment (e.g. a forklift or pallet truck) available to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote postcodes may incur additional charges or extended lead times. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Can I collect my order?
Collection from our Birmingham factory is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Materials & Finishes
What finishes are available?
Our products are available in a range of finishes including:
- Hot-dip galvanised — ideal for outdoor and high-corrosion environments, providing long-term rust protection.
- Powder-coated — available in a range of RAL colours, offering a durable and aesthetically clean finish.
- Self-coloured / mill finish — untreated steel, suitable where the product will be painted on-site or used in covered environments.
Finish availability varies by product. Please check the individual product listing or contact us for bespoke finish requirements.
What steel grade do you use?
We manufacture using structural-grade mild steel as standard. Specific material certifications and data sheets are available on request — look for the Product Data Sheet link on individual product pages.
Can I order a custom size or finish?
Yes. We manufacture from our Birmingham facility and can accommodate bespoke dimensions and finishes for larger orders. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Installation
Do your products come with installation instructions?
Yes. Installation guidance is included with the product and, where available, a downloadable data sheet can be found on the product page. If you need further technical support, please contact us.
Are your bollards surface-mounted or in-ground?
We supply both surface-mounted and in-ground (core-drilled or cast-in) options depending on the product. The installation method is specified on each product listing. In-ground installations typically require a concrete surround — refer to the product data sheet for recommended specifications.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do not currently offer a direct installation service. However, our products are designed for straightforward installation by a competent contractor. Please contact us if you need a recommendation.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Bespoke or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and note any damage on the carrier's delivery documentation before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Do your products carry a warranty?
Yes. Our products are manufactured to a high standard and carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product — please refer to the product listing or contact us for details.
Pricing & Orders
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will do our best to match it. Please contact us with a link to the competitor listing.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
Absolutely. We welcome trade and volume enquiries. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a competitive quote.
