Returns & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We supply industrial and made-to-order products. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and details to: sales@barrierbase.co.uk
  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

3. Incorrect Items Supplied

If we supply incorrect goods:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost

4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Goods

Returns for unwanted items are subject to:

  • Prior written approval
  • A restocking fee (typically 15–25%)
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer responsible for return shipping

Custom, fabricated, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has commenced
  • Where cancellation is accepted, costs already incurred will be deducted

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
