These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of products supplied by Barrier Base Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & Use

Our products include industrial safety infrastructure such as bollards, Armco barriers, and key clamp systems.

  • Products must be installed and used in accordance with all relevant UK regulations, standards, and manufacturer guidance.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their intended application.

4. Installation Disclaimer

Barrier Base Limited supplies products only and does not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • We accept no liability for installation, design, or specification carried out by the customer or third parties.
  • All installation works must be completed by suitably qualified and competent professionals.
  • Any advice provided by us (verbally or in writing) is given for guidance only and does not constitute a formal specification or engineering design.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation, building regulations, and site-specific requirements.

Failure to install products correctly may result in reduced performance, damage, or safety risks, for which we accept no responsibility.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Once confirmed, orders may not be cancelled without agreement (see Returns Policy).

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to order confirmation.

7. Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out via third-party carriers.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • The customer must inspect goods upon receipt.

9. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials remain the property of Barrier Base Limited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
